The 19th regiment had jonquil colour facing in all four of the coat parts: collar, lapelsm, cuffs and cuff flaps.
The second distinction fo this regiment was the horizontal pockets which allowed to distingished it from the 22nd regiment.
Regimental trumpets wore reversed colour coats to be esaily located in the battlefield. They also had some additions to their uniforms to make them conspicuous such as the while lace used to trim the collar, lapels and cuffs. White epaulettes differentiate them from the musicians.
